PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops. With your e-mail address and a password, payment is made to us with just a few clicks via the PayPal website. We receive an immediate confirmation of the receipt of the payment and your order can be processed immediately. As a rule, you will receive the goods faster than with other payment methods. Furthermore, your order is secured by the PayPal buyer protection.

Instant bank transfer via Stripe

dIRECTebanking.com is a TÜV-certified online payment system for the secure and fast processing of your online purchases. It is based on the proven system of online banking with PIN/TAN entry. Thanks to automatic forwarding, not only are your details already pre-filled in the transfer, there is also no need to go to your bank's website.

Credit card via Stripe

You can also pay by credit card (MasterCard/Visa/American Express). The invoice amount will be debited from your credit card account at a later date, or shortly before delivery.

Invoice

Our invoices are payable within 30 days net (without deduction). We charge a surcharge of 2.55% for this method of payment.

We offer payment on account subject to reservation for limited liability companies and public limited companies.

For public institutions, authorities or administrations we deliver uncomplicated by invoice.

Excluded legal forms are: Sole proprietorship, GbR, eG, Limited, UG, foundation, association and their mixed forms such as eG & Co. KG.

Please note that when paying on account, we check your data with the help of independent credit agencies. The result of this check may have an influence on the payment method available. We reserve the right not to accept the payment method "invoice" for certain orders and to refer you instead to our alternative payment methods such as payment by credit card, PayPal, sofortüberweisung or prepayment. We ask for your understanding for this security measure.

Prepayment (bank transfer)

You pay the ordered items in advance to us. We will ship the goods or process your order as soon as we have received your bank transfer.

You will receive our account details with the order confirmation.

Cash / EC card

In our branch you can pay in cash or conveniently and easily by EC card with PIN as well as by credit card.

Delivery times

The standard delivery time for production is currently approx. 2-3 weeks. Please note that this time can change slightly depending on order volume and product complexity.

For customers who require a fixed delivery date, we offer the possibility of an appointment order for an additional charge. For this, we ask you to arrange an appointment with us.

Please understand that we have to plan special resources in order to manufacture and deliver your order according to your requested date.
