What is i-TM

UNIQUE WORLDWIDE. i-TM (Automatic Thread Tension Adjustment with Artificial Intelligence)

i-TM recognises the embroidery data, rolls up the upper thread required for embroidery and adjusts the thread tension

automatically adjusts the thread tension with artificial intelligence.

This makes poor embroidery quality a thing of the past. By automatically adjusting the thread tension, the embroidery design is no longer distorted and produces beautiful embroideries. The upper thread is permanently monitored and regulated digitally, pulled tight for linear running stitches and softened for zigzag satin stitches.

What is DCP technology

The digitally controlled presser foot reduces fabric flutter for a very precise and beautiful embroidery result.

It is ideal for fabrics that flutter easily, such as seams, leather and thick and/or stretchy fabrics.

The "flutter" occurs when the fabric is lifted during embroidery, resulting in skipped stitches, incorrect trim and inferior embroidery.

We offer exclusive selection of thread colours including Precious Shimmer, Metallic and Matt from Madeira® Made in Germany.

Transfer printing on light & dark textiles in screen printing quality

With transfer printing, the colours that were previously applied to a special transfer paper in screen printing are

are transferred to your desired article with a thermal press. With this process, you get a result on your garment, that remains flexible, colour-fast and can be washed at either 60° or 90°C. In addition, the result is very true to detail and has extremely intense colours.
