Order & production process

You can request and order printing and embroidery from us in a very uncomplicated way.

Here you benefit from the simple process.

Below we would like to explain the ordering and processing procedure.

1. 

• We will send you a non-binding offer with all costs and details.
  
• If you agree to the offer, we will confirm your order with a delivery date.
  
• Your desired motif will now be programmed for the embroidery machines.
  

2.

• We will send you an embroidery sample embroidered on fabric as a photo by e-mail.
  
• Your change requests will be considered at any time.
  
• If you are satisfied with the embroidery sample, you give us the production approval by e-mail or fax.
  
• After your approval, we start the serial production.
  

3.

• Your order will be sent by standard shipping.
  
• Express production and dispatch is possible on request and for an additional charge.
  

The standard delivery time for production is currently approx. 2-3 weeks. Please note that this time may change slightly depending on order volume and product complexity.

For customers who wish a fixed delivery date, we offer the possibility of an appointment order for an additional charge. For this, we ask you to make an appointment with us.

Please understand that we have to plan special resources in order to manufacture and deliver your order according to your requested date.
