Returns and return conditions
Generally excluded from return are:
- Special colours, refined goods, Articles with a value of less than 5,-€/net
- Caps, hats, scarves and underwear
- Shirts and blouses (except ETERNA shirts/blouses)
Incorrectly ordered items or sizes can only be returned under the following conditions:
- A restocking fee of 25% of the value of the goods will be deducted.
- Textiles will only be accepted in their original packaging and in an uncreased condition.
- Damaged product packaging will be deducted.
- The return costs are borne by the buyer.
- The return period is 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Would you like to exchange your item?
If you would like to exchange ordered goods, we unfortunately do not have the possibility to exchange directly.
However, you can return the item that does not fit and order it again from us in the online shop at www.cotton-art.de.
Complaints
The buyer must ensure that incoming goods are checked as quickly as possible.
Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
A complaint after finishing (printing, embroidery, etc.) of the delivered goods is excluded if the defect could have been detected beforehand. In this case, all warranty claims are void. Incorrect deliveries caused by us will of course be returned free of charge. We will send you a return slip or arrange for the goods to be collected from you.
