Returns and Return Policy

The following items are generally excluded from return:

• Custom colors, refined or decorated goods, and items with a value of less than €5 (net).
• Caps, hats, scarves, and underwear.
• Shirts and blouses (except ETERNA shirts and blouses).

Incorrectly ordered items or sizes may only be returned under the following conditions:

• A restocking fee of 25% of the item value will be deducted.
• Textiles will only be accepted in their original packaging and in an uncreased, unused condition.
• Damaged product packaging will result in a proportional deduction from the refund amount.
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
• The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.

If your item does not fit, simply return it and place a new order in our online shop at www.cotton-art.de.

Complaints

The buyer must inspect the delivered goods as soon as possible after receipt.

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Complaints made after refinement (e.g. printing, embroidery, etc.) are excluded if the defect could have been detected beforehand. In such cases, all warranty claims become void.

Incorrect deliveries caused by us will, of course, be collected or returned free of charge. We will send you a return label or arrange for collection from your location.
