Instant Bank Transfer (via Stripe)

Instant bank transfer is a certified online payment method based on the trusted online banking system.

You can pay easily using your online banking PIN and TAN. The transaction is processed securely via our payment provider Stripe.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your credit card will usually be charged shortly before your order is shipped.

Invoice Payment (B2B)

For business customers, we offer payment by invoice with a 30-day payment term.

Conditions

• Payment term: 30 days net (without deduction)

• No additional invoice fee

This payment method is available subject to a credit check and is offered exclusively to the following company types:

• Limited liability companies (GmbH)

• Public limited companies (AG)

We also supply public institutions, authorities, and government organizations conveniently by invoice.

The following legal forms are excluded from invoice payments:

• Sole proprietorships

• GbR partnerships

• eG cooperatives

• Limited companies

• UG (entrepreneurial companies)

• Foundations

• Associations

• Mixed legal forms such as eG & Co. KG

Please note that we may perform a credit check through independent credit agencies. Depending on the result, we reserve the right to offer alternative payment methods.

Prepayment (Bank Transfer)

With prepayment, you transfer the invoice amount to our bank account in advance.

As soon as the payment is received, we will begin processing or producing your order.

Our bank details will be sent to you automatically with the order confirmation email.

Payment On-Site (Cash / Debit Card)

If you visit our location, you can also pay directly on site.

Production & Delivery Times

The standard production time for customized textiles is currently about 2–3 weeks.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on:

• Order volume

• Product type

• Embroidery or textile printing

Scheduled Production

If you require your order for a specific delivery date, we offer scheduled production with guaranteed delivery for an additional fee.

Please contact our team in advance to arrange your preferred production date so we can plan the necessary resources.
