We produce an initial embroidery sample of your design and send you a photo of this sample by e-mail.
Your feedback is important to us, so change requests are always welcome.
As soon as you are satisfied with the sample and give us your approval (by e-mail), we will start mass production of your order.

3: Shipping
Delivery is by standard dispatch.
On request and for an additional fee, we also offer express production and express delivery.
